✦ Crystal Bracelets & Physical Products
• All crystal bracelets and physical products are non-refundable.
• Returns are only accepted if the item is received in a damaged or broken condition.
• To request a return, you must:
• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share photos and an unboxing video as proof
